Can I change vehicles partway through my subscription?
The Mid-Tier plan includes one vehicle swap within the subscription window to a different model within the same tier. The Premium plan allows an upgrade or downgrade to another category with one week's notice. The Compact plan runs as-is for its monthly term, with renewal available each month.
What happens at the end of my subscription period?
Each plan has its own renewal process. The Compact plan renews monthly through a streamlined process if you choose to continue. Mid-Tier and Premium plans include an account review before renewal. You can choose to continue, change tier, or conclude the subscription at the end of the period.
