Terms & Conditions
These terms set out the basis on which Voltari provides monthly car subscription services. Please read them carefully before entering into a subscription arrangement with us.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Voltari ("we", "us", "our") and any individual or entity ("Subscriber", "you") who enters into a monthly car subscription arrangement with us. By proceeding with a subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Definitions
- Subscription Period — the minimum term associated with your chosen plan (one month, three months, or six months).
- Subscription Fee — the monthly or periodic charge payable under your chosen plan.
- Vehicle — the car provided to you under the subscription arrangement.
- Handover Date — the date on which the vehicle is made available to you.
- Servicing — routine maintenance included as part of the subscription fee, as described in your plan.
2. Eligibility
To subscribe, you must:
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Hold a valid Malaysian driving licence (or a valid foreign licence with an International Driving Permit where applicable)
- Provide accurate identification and contact details as requested
- Meet any additional eligibility criteria communicated to you during the enquiry process
We reserve the right to decline a subscription application at our discretion, without being required to state a reason.
3. Subscription Plans
Compact Monthly Subscription
A one-month minimum plan covering a compact-class vehicle. Routine servicing is included within the monthly fee. The subscription renews on a monthly basis unless either party gives notice. The fee for this plan is RM 530 per month.
Mid-Tier Monthly Subscription
A three-month subscription covering a mid-size vehicle. The Subscriber may request one vehicle model swap during the subscription window, subject to availability. A quarterly account review is conducted near the end of the term. The fee for this plan is RM 2,400 for the three-month period.
Premium Monthly Subscription
A six-month subscription covering a premium-class vehicle. Monthly servicing is included. A mid-term vehicle review is arranged at approximately month three. The Subscriber may request an upgrade or downgrade to a different category by giving at least one week's written notice, subject to availability and any applicable fee adjustment. The fee for this plan is RM 4,500 for the six-month period.
Specific vehicle models are subject to availability. We will discuss available options with you prior to the Handover Date. Vehicle imagery shown on our website is for illustration only.
4. Payments & Fees
Subscription fees are payable in advance, as agreed at the start of your subscription. Payment methods accepted will be communicated during the enquiry process.
Fees must be settled by the due date. Where a payment is not received on time, we reserve the right to suspend access to the vehicle until the outstanding amount is cleared.
Fees quoted are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We may revise fees for subsequent subscription periods and will provide reasonable notice before any change takes effect.
Certain circumstances may give rise to additional charges, including but not limited to:
- Damage to the vehicle beyond normal wear and tear
- Traffic summons or penalties incurred during the subscription period
- Late return of the vehicle
- Fuel costs (fuel is not included unless expressly stated)
5. Vehicle Use
The vehicle is provided for personal use within Peninsular Malaysia and Sarawak unless prior written agreement is obtained for other travel. The following are not permitted without our express written consent:
- Use of the vehicle for commercial transportation of passengers or goods
- Allowing any person not named on the subscription agreement to operate the vehicle
- Modifying, customising, or attaching items to the vehicle in a way that causes damage
- Operating the vehicle in a manner that voids insurance coverage
You are responsible for ensuring the vehicle is kept in a reasonable condition during the subscription period and returned in the same state as received, subject to normal wear.
All traffic laws and road regulations applicable in Malaysia are your responsibility. Any summons, fines, or penalties incurred during your subscription period remain your liability.
6. Servicing
Routine servicing included under your plan will be scheduled by Voltari and communicated to you in advance. You agree to make the vehicle available at the agreed time and location for such servicing.
Servicing covers manufacturer-recommended maintenance at standard intervals. It does not cover repairs arising from misuse, accidents, or damage caused by the Subscriber.
If you notice a mechanical concern between scheduled service appointments, please contact us promptly. Do not attempt independent repairs or engage third-party workshops without our prior agreement.
7. Changes & Termination
Early termination by the Subscriber
If you wish to end the subscription before the minimum period has elapsed, please contact us to discuss. Early termination may involve a fee reflecting the remaining portion of the minimum term. The specific conditions will be set out in your subscription agreement.
Renewal
For the Compact Monthly plan, the subscription renews automatically each month unless either party gives notice. For the Mid-Tier and Premium plans, renewal terms will be discussed ahead of the end of the initial period.
Termination by Voltari
We may terminate the subscription with reasonable notice if:
- You are in material breach of these Terms
- Payment obligations are not met after notice has been given
- The vehicle is used in a way that creates legal or safety concerns
Vehicle return
Upon expiry or termination of the subscription, the vehicle must be returned to us at the agreed location in a clean and roadworthy condition. A condition assessment will be carried out at the time of return.
8. Liability
Voltari maintains appropriate vehicle insurance as required under Malaysian law. However, you are responsible for any excess or deductible that arises from an insurance claim due to your actions or negligence.
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the vehicle or from any interruption to the subscription. Our liability in connection with the subscription is limited to the fees paid for the affected period.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for matters that cannot be excluded under applicable Malaysian law.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or the subscription arrangement will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
We encourage any concerns to be raised with us directly in the first instance, with a view to resolving matters informally where possible.
