How the Subscription Model Works at Voltari
Each plan is structured around a defined subscription period — one, three, or six months — with a vehicle category assigned to that tier. Routine servicing is included in the monthly rate and coordinated by our team in Kuching. Subscribers receive a summary of what is covered before signing, and the handover process includes a vehicle readiness check conducted by our operations team.
Plan design is based on observed subscriber needs in Sarawak. The Compact plan works for shorter commitments where access to a reliable vehicle is the primary requirement. The Mid-Tier plan suits those wanting a larger vehicle and the option to switch models once during the subscription. The Premium plan is structured for subscribers who want a higher-category vehicle with active mid-term oversight built in.

Compact Monthly Subscription
RM 530 / month
A subscription-style monthly plan covering a compact-class vehicle with routine servicing built into the monthly fee. Includes a one-month minimum with a streamlined renewal each month — suited to those who want access without a multi-month commitment.

Plan 02
Mid-Tier Monthly Subscription
RM 2,400 / 3 months
A three-month subscription plan for a mid-size vehicle. Includes the option to swap to a different mid-tier model once during the subscription window and a quarterly account review — providing an opportunity to discuss the plan before renewal is due.

Plan 03
Premium Monthly Subscription
RM 4,500 / 6 months
A six-month subscription for a premium-class vehicle. Includes monthly servicing, a mid-term vehicle review at the three-month point, and an option to upgrade or downgrade vehicle categories with one week's notice — the most actively managed plan Voltari offers.

Standards
Shared Across All Subscription Plans
Vehicle Readiness Protocol
Every vehicle undergoes a pre-handover check covering safety, documentation, fluid levels, and tyre condition. Results are reviewed with subscribers at handover.
Insurance Coverage
All subscription vehicles are insured for the relevant period. Coverage scope and policy details are provided during the onboarding process before the subscription commences.
Subscriber Privacy
Personal and account data collected during the subscription process is handled in accordance with Malaysian data protection requirements. Details are not shared beyond what the subscription agreement requires.
Written Subscription Agreement
Each subscription is documented in a written agreement. Terms covering the period, included services, return conditions, and renewal process are set out before the subscription begins.
Local Support Team
Subscriber queries, servicing coordination, and renewal discussions are handled by our Kuching team — available Monday to Friday 9 AM–6 PM and Saturday mornings.
Mileage and Usage Terms
Each plan includes a mileage allowance appropriate to the subscription window. Terms relating to usage, wear, and excess mileage are discussed during enquiry and documented in the subscription agreement.
